Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

If your order is not on pre-order, we well ship out your order that day. We use Australian Post as our delivery service. You can expect to receive your package within 2-5 days. For orders placed in rural areas, please allow up to 5-8 days.

How much is shipping within Australia and internationally? 

$10 flat rate using Australian Parcel Post. We will also offer a pick up service from Matraville. $25 flat rate for New Zealand customers. $35 flat rate for all other international countries.

What is your return policy? 

Unfortunately we don’t offer refunds for change of mind.  We do offer a refund only if the piece is faulty.  We will happily accept your exchange for a credit note. 

If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us at rachel@racheldisalvo.com within 14 days and we will provide you with an Return Authorisation (RA) number.

Items must be returned in its original condition.

We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale items, unless faulty. Shipping costs associated with the return of your Rachel Disalvo item is the responsibility of the customer. We take responsibility for the shipping costs if you’re returning faulty items only.
